Ciao Cult Return Policy

At Ciao Cult, every piece is made to order—crafted just for you, with style and vibe in mind. Because our products are printed on demand, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (wrong size, color, or change of mind).

However, if your item arrives misprinted or defective, we’ve got your back.


Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items

If your order arrives with a manufacturing error or misprint please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

  • A clear photo of the item and the issue

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed, we’ll send a free replacement or offer a refund where appropriate.

Returns & Exchanges

Because all Ciao Cult items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size or fit

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong address provided at checkout

Please double-check sizing guides and order details before checking out.


Order Not Received

If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window:

  • Check your shipping confirmation for tracking info

  • If it’s past the expected date, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue. Orders lost due to incorrect address submission are not eligible for reshipment or refund.


Cancellations

Orders are sent into production shortly after being placed. Because of this, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order is submitted.


Customs & Duties

Ciao Cult is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes incurred during international shipping. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
