Every Ciao Cult piece is made to order—printed and stitched fresh, just for you. That means shipping times are a little different than your typical fast-fashion drop. Here's everything you need to know:
Processing & Fulfillment Times
Once you place your order, we get to work producing it. Most orders are fulfilled within:

2–7 business days for apparel products

2–5 business days for non-apparel items (like accessories, posters, etc.)
This time is in addition to shipping.

After fulfillment, estimated shipping times are:

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on factors such as destination, product, and item weight. In some cases, bundled items may ship separately.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking info. It may take 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

International Shipping & Customs
We ship worldwide! 🌍 But keep in mind:

Customs fees, duties, and import taxes are not included in our prices and may be charged by your country upon delivery.

Returned Shipments
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to claim, or unpaid customs, you’ll be responsible for reshipping costs.
We are not able to refund shipping charges for returned packages.
